An app instead of a physical remote

Mobile access control

Users see the access points assigned to them in the app. Administrators can change permissions without collecting or replacing physical remotes.

Typical workflow

  1. 1

    Administrator adds a user

The user receives access to one or more access points.

  2. 2

    Restrictions are configured

Expiration, radius, opening limits and mobile device limits can be configured where needed.

  3. 3

    User opens the entrance

The app sends a request, the backend checks permissions and the device receives the opening command.

  4. 4

    The event is recorded

The system records the user, access point and timestamp of the opening command.

Benefits for administrators

Faster revocation

Access can be deactivated digitally.

Fewer physical copies

No need to distribute and collect remote controls for every case.

Administrators get better visibility into assigned access usage.
